This is my first upload and it is of my home town Durban, South Africa.
YOU NEED SimCity 4 TERRAFORMER
TO RUN THIS REGION!
1. Create a region in SimCity 4.
2. Replace the config.bmp in the region folder
with the one provided above.
3. Open this region in SimCity 4 terraformer.
4. Use the import image option. now search
for Durbansc4.jpg.
5. Your region should now be loaded.
you may or may not need to raise the terrain
a little.
