If there are any problems, or improvements please tell me and ill try to resolve them.

yoshi did not lie to me. 3 things you can start on. A) Please provide an ingame pic. B) Please use textures, not default gmax colors. C) my eyes are showing the early signs of sun damage, and that is not good at my young age. Please do not further contribute to the damaging of my eyes by uploading somthing with such a blinding white. You can BAT the mona lisa, but if it is blinding white, no one will want it. 1

It's great to see you have the BAT working now! However, this one needs some serious work. The overall design is nice, but you need things like night-lights, textures (much darker ones anyways), roof junk, and WAY more detail. Also, an LE picture is not acceptable, you need and in-game one. Open up a thread in BAT Open Discussion here so we can help you out! PS: Where's the entrance? :P

I think 20000 jobs is a bit absurd for a building that size... Better than many other 1st uploads, but I would personally wait until I could produce higher quality BATs before I post them on this site. And that's exactly why I haven't posted anything yet. Still, this building shows that you can work with the program; I'd suggest you seek assistance in honing your skills... Simtropolis is the perfect place for that. Almost there.

Why don't you release it once you have a better image? No one's rushing you... As for the building, I looked at it in SC4. It's okay, nothing special. You need more detail on the roof, like fans and pipes. As for the lot, it really needs some working on. Why the heck would an office building be sitting on a lot suitable for a mid-sized mansion?

Uploading your first BAT is discouraged, and you really need to put more effort in: making more details; making an adequate lot; and uploading a good picture. Again, no one is rushing you to upload, so I would really work on it some more before uploading. In conclusion, you get a 3/10 (more effort needed).
