Joergs Golf Pack 1.1

I can't afford to put it in my city. The maintenance is too pricy. I mean, it even costs $200 a month for EVERY filler tile. It would bankrupt my city if I built even a 9 hole course.

I'm guessing from the other comments that it's been brought to your attention that everything costs 10k (except the clubhouse which is 1k). even the single tile fillers are 10k a pop. wow! that's one well paid landscaper! errr.. a bit more cost effective would be nice. :)

I love you golf pack, but it's far too expensive. Most of the golf courses I know are financed by its members and not by the city/community.

Thank you for the flexibility. I have a long "L" shape that just does not play well with the "square" courses.

This is outstanding. Maxis's Golf Course just didn't cut it. I have one recommomendation though, you should include a driving range tile and a putting green tile as most courses i've played at have these close to the clubhouse. Keep up the great work.

Uhhh, please disregard my previous comment, I'm a retard. I have version 1.0 and according to this there is a putting green and driving range. o.O so yeah, great job!

*** Missing Clubhouse*** I believe it is with designer Ma8thew's ST File (https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=496). I downloaded this as well and now the clubhouse shows up
