This little house was re-lotted by Nexis and as such you should first go to the link below and download the lot file, extract it to your plugin folders, then download this archive and extract only the model (sc4model) file to the folder where you extracted Nexis's lot to.
This will allow you to have this house on the excellent lot that he built for this house.

See how comments change on the quality of this lot by reading the comments on the link listed above, it makes this the "little house that could" by being placed on a quality lot, the houses quality went from "meh, it's okay" to "oh, yeah that is pretty nice".
I hope you enjoy it on it's new lot as much as I do, everytime that I see it popup in my city somewhere, I love to stare at it for a short while and look at all the details that I know went into the model that most will simply not even see, such as the rain gutters, or the indented chimney instead of a flat top, and the trim on the windows and other areas of the house.
