Evil Octopus Man: RCI Ploppables are lots that function as grown Residential, Commercial, or Industrial lots. However, they are also like a landmark or a reward and cannot be destroyed by the simulator while building new development. Sometimes they need to be plopped onto zoned land.

cool! ive been wanting to have shanties in my "other" towns ruled by "corrupt" mayors (named after my friends, lols) 10/10!

i grew it in one of my cities but there are no buildings, only a lot..any dependencies i missed?

Looks great so far! Haven't put in in to my plugins folder yet. I need stuff like this. I'm making a city similar to a 2027 view London in the movie 'Children of men' So I'm looking for anything, buildings, train stations, with a rundown look with graffiti etc

But I have a question? Is there any way I could lower the occupancy number? I know those are slums, but still, I'd place about 400-500 people in it.
