Here's an updated version of my rowhomes. I added a few more things, and the neighborhood looks a little prettier, not to mention I made a little park for the kiddies to play in. When you go looking for this in the game, it's under your parks tool, making it plopable. I have to admit I was a little disappointed with this one. Mainly because this is supposed to be a residental zone, and when I use the query tool on the row homes it only comes up with a maintenance cost of $5 (same as a park, grumble) instead of saying the resident status, yada yada yada - like I wanted it to. This was only my first try with something like this, so can anyone give me a couple of hints to making these plopable zones? I'd greatly appreciate it plus I'd update this lot.
