N666-Small Welcome Sign
In SimCity, you enter a city with no welcome. However, Aesthetic Designs have created an enourmous welcome sign to greet sims into the city and bids them farewell. However, some cities cannot afford the enourmous 2X1 sign, and have created a smaller, but equally great looking welcome sign. The sign itself is just a smaller version of th bute original, but much smaller. Unfortunatly, the smaller lot wasn't as grand as the original, so Aesthetic Designs reworked the lot, giving it plenty of flowers, two complementary trees, and some decorative bushes for the amazing price of only 50 simoleans! Now, if you can't afford the larger sign, don't fret, this sign is better in its own way than the original.

Installation
Just extract contents from the downloaded folder and put it someplace in you plugins folder. I recommend you have a seperate file for me to contain my files for organization.
