This is the upgrade of the second batch of all XCenter and there is no need for the first.
To update, simply delete the first and paste it into place

Requirements:

mrbisonm: I've read all of your other comments, and seriously, give the guy a break. He's a BEGINNER! (no offense CodeMadBoy) You're buildings weren't that great when you started posting stuff on here! Give bad comments to people who need them, or at least give constructive criticism.

I am collecting the highest quality lots and while I do appreciate that Codex is getting up to speed with producing SC4 content, I also appreciate that mrbisonm provided comments so that I thankfully AVOIDED this lot.
