OK there are two files present in the zip folder when you have downloaded this lot.

The .lot file goes where it normally goes; the .dat file that goes with this must be placed in the SC4 folder in your MAXIS folder where the other .dat files are. This file is necessary to make this lot work as intended with easytweaker.

Any problems PM please. This lot was designed for Rush Hour or Deluxe users only.

I don't want to be mean - it's neat idea, but here are some points: 1. I love ponds, but yours is totally out of place where you have it placed. It just does't "go". 2. The upper-middle building is like a stick on a sand castle. once again, it just doesn't blend well at all.

3. The grass color just dones seem to look right...

This is the perfect government building. It looks odd, its expensive, and it appears to have been designed by a committee with nothing to do but spend taxpayer dollars. Plus, it pads the payroll. I like it.

Can you give me some stats? Like mayor rating boost, and power/water consumption and pollutions? Thanks.
