An unknown issue made the original file not work accordingly. I have managed to fix this now. Please re-download the file and replace the original lot file in your plugins folder.
I have used the wonderful model of a Town Hall by MarcosMX and turned it into an elementary school. I think this will fit in a small town or village rather nicely. At least I hope you enjoy it.
