I'm giving this a 9/10. This lot is something that so many are not. Plain and simple. So often the buildings are really nice and really fancy, and they make it impossible to simulate a run down portion of a city. Not all cities are nice and clean, some are dirty and plain. Great work, this building fits well into that category.

i like it
