The building looks great to me but I do not understand your choice on utilities. Water consumed: 13348 Garbage: 306 Air pollution: 153 Capacity: 6295 but you say 3000. So after you plopped and tested this you said its ok for the public? I fixed my copy but I am supprized nobody else has commented on this. Again Thank for sharing because I am a long way off from BATing.
