The model is good but the reflective texture is horrible. You should change it and reupload with a more solid glass texture of some sort. Good job, though.

This will look great in my city if I put the reflected buildings around if I find them, and make them block the view of the lot, but it's not that easy so I give 7.

Wow!! This is really unique! You did such a perfect job on this. Even in game, it looks sharper and cleaner than most downloads. Also, I'm usually against such... flagrant reflections, but I rather like this really. Is it me or do I see a bit of Pacific Place in the reflection. Either that or its the QED in Singapore. Love it!

Why add that lot at all? It's unnecessary and quite ugly/unrealistic. The actual bldg isn't bad but the base texture and detailing looks off.

Man, forget the lot, I can fix that in lot editor. The building is........ words fail me. I could cry, it's so beautiful. My cities are too ugly for this gem. I wish they had 3 thumbs up. You got talent.
