Industry 40 X employment 1.0

I like the idea, but personally i feel that jobs should be a per-building value, since different buildings can house more workers based on their size and nature of work. But still, many people will find this useful, so good job

So a Farley's Foundary that originally provided 9 jobs will give 360? Grundstorm Copper provides 1340 jobs? And will Pumpkin Acres now provide 80 jobs? And I suppose Broquard's Cement Plant has the same number of jobs as a large skyscraper.

Can we have a more realistic version? Say, x10 for the jobs and x15 for the taxes?
And such mods are definitely needed. Even the biggest industrial buildings in the game dont go over 100 jobs (most big ones are around 60 I noticed).

Quite frankly I would simply have doubled taxes.

Can we have a x400 employment? I would like to have 35 cities of residential/commercial and one city of just industrial.
