APC Corporation wants to do it's first project in SimNation. As your city is kinda short on officespace they've developed plans to do an officespace development project in your city as their first task. As a result they designed a nice office building with lots of offices for rent for the various companies in the city. APC Corporation itself isn't that big yet, so they will occupy 5 floors (for now) which will serve as their headquarters. As the company grows they might need more space themselves untill they eventually occupy the whole building (unless they'll build a new headquarters for themselves).
Because they didn't wanna put an extra strain on traffic and parking spaces, the original plans included a subway station and parking spaces in the basement of the building with a combined capacity of 5000. These were scrapped in the final plans.

All values are almost twice the values from the original building.
This is my first lot while trying out the Lot Editor. Since I already knew the iLive Reader, tweaking the building wasn't that hard. I started making this on a subway included lot, but after creating it I remade it on a C$$$ one. I also still have the building with sub/parking though.
Update V2.0:
- removed dependency 'Plugin_Props_Euro_Contemporary.dat'
- corrected text in 'Menu Icon Description'
- added 'Custom Query'
