Wow, that is a great idea. I assume it actually effects traffic congestion, and not just automata?

Is this work on one-way road and avenue?

AragornJDL - You know what they say when you "assume"..just kidding. No the lot is designed to actually prevent trucks from using particular streets. Unfortunately, like the No THru Traffic version, it does not affect automata.

hmm, automata is the phasing in and out of veh. right? well, i rerouted 170 trucks out of my res area, it lowered noise from high to med., but also the trucks DID disappear from that road and started popping up on the new road, that previously saw no truck traffic

That's awesome! Isolating industrial with these should be a snap--just give them one or two rail lines out and a freight station and POW, more successful freight trips. This is a GREAT idea!

i think they do that in NY alot but it applied to highways there

That is wonderful; however, i don't know if they are yellow where you live, but at least here they are white, and written backwards, so that a driver can see it if he/she is going fast.

I shall abuse this lot in my cities. It is WONDERFUL!!

BTW, does it have Street, Avenue, or One-Way Street versions?

glad everyone likes it. No 1-way, street or avenue versions yet. Probably do one-way next (textures are such a PITA).

This is pretty kewl. I've never seen any of these before in real life, but it's a wonderful addition to this. I have been trying to control where the trucks go, and I finally got the chance to!!! The closest thing to this in LA County are "Truck Route" signs at intersections.

EXCELLENT! Just as they do in New York, designating PARKWAYS as "non-commercial traffic expressways," although a few PARKWAYS throughout the 5 boroughs are in fact, local streets that fall under the same "NO TRUCKS" designation. A Perfect 10!
