About This File

A landmark in the truest terms, this will stick out for miles around in any city. At 495 metres to the top to the various masts on the four roofs, this unique building (designed by the renowned Sim architect Oliver P Phore), houses the offices of BLaM, the servers and administrative offices of SimCities, and is where the Futuristic Planning Commission, the Anniversary Celebration Committee and the Spam Consortium all have their main offices.

 

Be advised that, if you are on a slow connection, this is a large file (9Mb).

To instal

BLaM recommends the making of a folder named BLaM within your plugins folder. The contents of the folder contained within the download zip archive may then be dragged directly to that folder.

I like the textures but at night it still shows the sunset and that looks kinda wierd but it's cool.

I have been watching this one and the upcoming version carefully. I love the texture on this as I find it 22nd Century even in night mode, think of it as new nano glass that changes images on the glass frontage. As for the next version coming up regards of jobs I added well just say it's ummm 20th Century. 4 Thumbs up Op4

@tasteslikeiowa: I will see about doing a revised lot with the same jobs as V2. Can't say how quickly thanks to RLS getting in the way, plus versions of my Tornado Tower to do as well.

Very nice work, however I can't get over the fact that the clouds and sun are visible at night (unless of course they are painted on). But I think your going for a reflective surface and a nite it just plain doesn't work for me.
