UPDATED: Fixed texture problem
Mr. Black is back with an all new version of the popular waste management company. This is a complete remodelling of the original idea. The original was great, but this newer version will fit into the industrial areas of the game better. As usual, the red glow is there. Here are the stats:

Capacity: 5,000,000 tons (basically unlimited)
Lot size: 3x4
Dependencies: NONE (fixed texture dependency problem)
For those who do not know how this utility works, here goes: A patented drill is used to drill to the planets molten core, where the drill itself burns up, creating the black hole. It is then capped and secured, and the building is created around it to serve its function.
This is my most popular lot ever, and I hope you enjoy the redesign. There will be a new water works and power company to follow. Enjoy the whole set!
