About This File

This is a set of Small Sheriff Stations designed for rural settings and starter cities.  There are four versions of the same model in the set, Brick, Wood Siding, Cedar Shingles, and Yellow stone.  Here are the stats:

 

Lot size: 1x2

Plop Cost: $500

Bulldoze cost: $250

Monthly Cost: $150

Police Cars: 2

Inmate capacity: 25

Radius: 585 (same as maxis large police station)

 

Dependencies: NONE

 

You can see more pictures in my BAT thread called "Shmails steps up to bat again".  There will be a clinic and firehouse set to match coming soon.

I got them all downloaded now. Now the thing is that only the Clinic is showing up in the game. Sheriff office and Fire Stations just shows up as a gift-box.
