This is the West side of Whatcom County, Washington in the U.S. containing Point Roberts, Waldron Island and the West half of Lake Whatcom. It is part of the BellBaker Super Region (BBSR), and it requires either SC4TerraFormer or SC4Mapper found on Simtropolis.
This region has a man flat areas and islands, and it should be simple to build in most any location. It is half of the BellBaker Super Region discussed on http://www.mik-maq.com/sc4tf/BellBaker. Enjoy!
