This is the East side of Whatcom County, Washington in the U.S. containing the East half of Lake Whatcom and Mt. Baker. It is part of the BellBaker Super Region (BBSR), and it requires either SC4TerraFormer or SC4Mapper found on Simtropolis.
This region has a few flat areas, but it is mostly rugged terrain and as such it will be difficult to build in most places. However, there are many small mountain towns and plenty of recreational areas. It is an excellent site for playing with PEG's Mountain Theme Pack (MTP), and it is half of the BellBaker Super Region discussed on http://www.mik-maq.com/sc4tf/BellBaker. Enjoy!
