Finally got the download to work. For those with problems, you need to use WinRar and then follow dmscopio's steps. For some reason WinZip and Windows Zip don't do the trick. Just google WinRar to get the free version. It's definitely worth it! Best stadium in the game! 10 all the way.

Guys, if you open the archive and extract file by files the components in the same folder, you can extract the whole archive. Looks really good, but too big for my king of cities.

i worked it out! if you're still having trouble, use winrar to extract part 2 of the stadium to your desktop, THEN part 1. this seemed to work, and what a great stadium!
