This is my first BAT.
It's a ploppable billboard (found under parks) with pictures on it from a movie I like, My Summer of Love. The billboard isn't much more than eyecandy, but it looks nice if you put it next to an avenue//hwy that has some low to middle wealth commercial development.
dependencies:
None that I know of.
The ground may not show up, but I'm pretty sure it's a Maxis texture. I'm not sure how to find out though. 
I'll update it later if someone finds that it wasn't a Maxis one. Sorry in advance!!
