You seem to be very proud of it, and it [b]is[/b] your first update...but I wouldn't call say it looks sweet. I think lots are going the way of the dinosaur...but 4/10 for trying...

The buildings look clumped together a bit loveless. And the lot is very bare. Add some trees, fences, maybe a pond. That will make the lot much livelier.

You did some nice work with the lot editor. I agree with the bongoswimp that the lot looks a little bare but other then that I like it. You should add some detail to the lot and you should also list the stats. Nice try.

keep at it..though I prefer not to clump buildings together and instead consentrate your effort on the lot.

It is a good attempt for a lot, I remember when BAT didn't exist and all we did have was this... 7/10 for the work, since you actually did try compare to the spammers...

You;ve nicely combined two of my favourite buildings from the game there, so that alone gets a smiley face from me :-)

as far as I remember the Simcity4.ea.com Exchange is flooded by this kind of assembled lots. They were fine before BAT was launched in early 2004. Since that the lots have to be very rigorously and thoughtfully assembled to compete BATs. I am afraid this lot brings no outstanding conception or idea.

Excellent Work

Good idea for a lot, but it needs more details such as trees (perhaps around the parking spaces in between them?) and maybe some people on the lot, lamps, tables, benches on the plazas. Try detailing your lots a little bit more before uploading. ;)

You say it has no dependancies, yet mine shows mostly empty pavement, with the casino spire, the entrance gate thing, and a brown box labeled 'SimCity.com'. Does this mean that there is a dependancy, but one I don't have? (Sorry 'bout the rating, but I'm depressed...)

@ matt junior. You need to download the building pack from Simcity.com So yes, there are dependencies on this lot. I think for an esambled lot this isn't to bad, but it could be a lot better with more trees and stuff. Anyway 5/10
