Coming to your local CJ, San Portello is the fabulous Las Ventura. If any of you have noticed there are a poor amount of casinos around in the STEX, and Im here to change that!Forth on my great list is the Georgetown, Georgetown Hotel & Casino...
Little Story:
When colonist ships set sail for the 2nd New World, little did they know that they would find a plot of land with enough potential that the colonists themselves saw the land's vast future ahead of it, and it became Georgetown.
Centuries after, what once was a farming community is now a mega-metropolis sprawling from the edge of the sea deep into the bowles of San Portello. New York herself couldn't match it, and neither could the city's accopanying casino, which was overpowered by Las Ventura's very own Georgetown, Georgetown casino...
This casino is the Georgetown, Georgetown Hotel & Casino, please note that the casino is MY VERSION of the New York, New York Hotel & Casino, so it is only based on the complex. There is two dependencies, both of which can be found here.
This complex adds a small amount of air pollution (Air conditioning).
It requires power and water, thus produces some garbadge and a heck of alot of real estate.
The park effect & landmark effects are defalt to the game, thus produce the same amounts as a regular landmark (I think...).
The lots in my opinion are reaching above average status, but in your eyes I hope it's an improvement...
