This file contains marrast's mod of the standard Maxis buildings without the ploppable ones. It has been done by NicolaiS after some members requested a version without the ploppables.
Please note that you cannot use this at the same time as the original.

This set includes 40 low wealth housing lots. They are all growable and fully replaces standart SC4 low wealth EURO housing lots exept small houses and hi-rises. I've created it for my own needs, cause I just don't like those standart ones. So, all these lots a very useful, when you want to add some aesthetics to your low wealth districts. The reason why I've changed only euro housing, is that I think NY and Chicago, or Houston styl lots are very awful with their scale. There are only two low wealth housing buildings in USA style that I like. Like an additional feature few of these lots includes billboards and small shops, barber's and snackbar. Even, there is one lot with small "underground" night club 
Also, with only one style group - is very simple to get these lots growing - just choose "build all styles at once" and leave only "Euro Contemporary."
