Ive been looking for this forever! Thanks! Great idea! One way to turn off the beach bug is to go into zones data view and come back to normal view. That should take the beach bug off. But great lot!! 10/10!!

Yea there is dependencies and he didn't write them down. I don't get the building showing. Deleting this one now.

For those who dont have the building appear when they place this lot - go onto the official sc4 website CoolStuff>Tools>Lot Editor. Here you should be able to download sc4 buildings as props. Alot of lots use these as props and most probably assume you already have them so dont stick them down as dependencies.

If someone will have a building-missing in this kit, then must have to get the "bldgprop_vol1.dat" file form "Realistic Civic Mod v2.2" (made by Thalassius) and put it into a plugins folder. I have that case, and it helps.
