Actually I know what it it. I said it because some one else may not.(I've used them since I joined SC4D) The name needs to be fixed. 'Marrast "EMB" set' is not very clear on what [i]it[/i] is. The name needs fixed, and there needs a description. No every one would guess that 'emb' stands for embankment. Also, This I feel like a tart now, because I see that it was uploaded 5 years ago.

Uh, guys... this upload has been featured... you can put your minds at ease. Yes, the desc. isn't the best. The upload was made long before that rule came into effect. Yes, Marrast himself didn't upload it, this was uploaded by a teammate on his behalf. Yes, it is on the LEX, but it was actually here first. It is, after all, from 2006.

Tl;dr: If it's featured, there's no problems.

I've updated the title and the description, just to be sure we can avoid any further confusion.

this is a great pack I beleive it has been here on STEX for 5 years now
so is there some change?

i have downloaded dependencies for this mod but only the tile shows up, not the embankment wall. 

it doesnt show up in my game menu. im very sure i put it in the correct folder (plugins folder in my documents > simcity4)
