As promised, here it is. In fact, I even posted the Config file as the secondary screenshot. After this one's posted it'll be the same with the others too. All you have to do is right-click on it and hit save as and throw it in the Break County folder as a .bmp file. NOTE: You'll need SC4 Terraformer to have this region. But then again, who doesen't have it? Oh, and yes, I still obey my two region-making laws. Good amout of water (touching at least 10 pixels worth) and a desant amount of land in each city.
Yeah, and sorry, but the config can't go perfectly, you're going to have to edit it a bit and revert it to bmp for it to work. It just has to blend when it goes jpeg.
