This building was modeled after a picture I saw of a housing block in Berlin, Germany, as seen here: http://content.lib.washington.edu/buildings/image/BER13.JPG I took a few liberties and altered it slightly. Seeing as this is my first true BAT, it's obviously not the best thing in the world, though I was quite pleased with the results.
I'm pretty sure you all know the low down already, but just extract the files in the ZIP to your My Documents > SimCity 4 > Plugins folder. If you experience any problems, please let me know, seeing as this is my first time around I'm still getting to know the ropes. The details of the building are pretty much standard and the lot fits into 4x4.
