Welcome to legendary Xanadu. The loss city of the Himalaya's. Here is how I reprensented it. Surronded by mountains, with plains and crops inside along the river Alph.
The secret entrance is in South-West (left-down). His ice prison on the island ,centre-south. Hot spring River Alph run from north to south. as the northern flat provide the crops, the east and south-west side provide the city. Many canals run trough it. Check the royal area with is checkboard canals and hills, his private low level water ground. The height hill of the royal castle and the elevated path to the sacred rock (center-east to full east).
The mythic Pleasure Dome should be on the hill in the north-east flat area.
For realistic players. Remember that it's a remote world and should suffice by itself with food (agricultural), services and goods.
Up to you to create it as it shoul be in his supposed foundation in the 13th Century , or guess they have kept contact with modern world and adjust their technology to it.
