This is a little mod I put together because i needed more highrises in a specific part of town in my CJ Seaton.

This mod will allow your residential Stage 8 buildings to grow with a population of only 20,000 people.

I hope you enjoy, as this allows you to build the city the way you want it built

Interesting idea -- I'm a big, metropolis kinda guy so I probably wouldn't use it, but I can see how it could be very effective for your purposes -- good work!

Thank you for this mod! I assume it conflicts with the other Stage Limits mod (its residential component) so I've removed that and kept only its commercial component with your residential mod. Again, thank you for taking the time to make this available to the rest of us. jabezscratch, All you have to do is zone with the realization that high density is likely going to generate high skyscrapers pretty quickly. If you don't want that then just zone low or medium density.

This is a great idea. It will allow people who build cities for art more control over the growth of cities.

they wont if there is a demand for them, please see the support thread, you can find a link in the description of this mod. it all depends on if you have the demand, if you do, you can zone a 4x4 high density tract and you are almost certain to have a high rise pop up.
