Maintenance costs are insane. Not affordable without cheating.

I do appreciate the effort you put in all this. But frankly, this mod requires 2 improvements. One is extremely important and one is not important. The not so important improvement requirement is changing the description of the lots. Instead of naming them all as "custom beach set", you could have named them as simply as : "umbrella, chairs, parking lot, etc...

The extremely important improvement requirement that honestly caused me to uninstall the mod is that the maintenance cost of the standard maxis beach is 5 § monthly. The monthly maintenance cost of your single tile custom lots is 15 § each!!

So if I want to create a custom beach that is similar to the standard maxis beach in terms of size, I will end up spending 525 § monthly which is too much actually. 

Anyway, I am just stating my review. I only knows a little about creating mods so maybe you couldn't have done better due to technical limitations.
