i got this idea from THEMALLARD12 when i downloaded his pedesstrian over pass lot
this lot is in face 2 lots that have to be connected by the bridge
the larger station has 5000 capacity
the smaller has 3000
NOTE :- the station must be on flat land or else the bridge will look distorted
