EDIT: Some of the feedback I got said that the roofheight was too low. Ergo, Baker Street 2.0, otherwise known as the same model on a larger scale.

The Baker Street Building is based on a building at the corner of Baker Street and Maplewood Avenue in Maplewood, NJ, slightly shortened to fit in a 2x2 lot with parking. I've been toying with the BAT for about a year, and this is the first building that I've uploaded to the STEX. I always ran out of inspiration for fictional buildings; this is the first building that I've had (what I consider) any success with.
