Here is one of the buildings i made for my cj that i wasnt entirely ashamed of. So i uploaded it here so other people could use it in their cities too. Unfortunately there is no nightlighting. but maybe thats okay, since i dont see a normal public library being open past 7 pm anyways and their is a streetlight out front to keep things from being too dark.
Anyways:
The HTK large library is contemporary style building built sometime in the late 1970's. Its 4 stories tall but still keeps a low profile. It would look nice on a college campus but goes well anywhere due to its non-imposingness. Its based off the small library so its capicity isnt much more, but it has a higher EQ effect and it covers the entire city(most people dont go to the library much so it doesnt hurt them to drive a bit, right?). The plop and monthly costs is the same as the small library as well.
