Monumento aos Heróis da Guerra Peninsular
(Monument to the Heroes of the Peninsular War)
Situated in Porto, Portugal.
In the middle of the large Rotunda da Boavista (Boavista's Roundabout) is this monument
celebrating the victory of the English and Portuguese over Napoleon's armies.
In the monument, the lion represents Britain defeating the French eagle.
I finally decided to model this great monument. I've always wanted to get down to it but never really knew how. After many hours of headaches I've finally finished something I'm happy with.
I'll be attempting other monuments form Porto, my hometown, soon.
No dependencies.
