About This File

This mod, like my previous road, rail, and avenue mod, reduces the minimum gradient at which highway tunnels can be placed.

 This mod avoids the game carving grooves in small hillsides, and places a tunnel instead. There are 2 dat files one for ground highway and one for elevated highway, extract both to the my docs SimCity plugins folder, and enjoy nice looking highways!
