Guinea Pig farm 1.0

Lot looks really nice and can fit a multitude of rural-themed regions. Regardless of whether you are after a mood of the Southern US,  the French "campagne" or a secluded farm Down Under, this lot will fit well due to its flexible design. The elegant mansion contained there is a nice addition too and is universal enough to be used in various settings.

Like most old resources, the lot lacks prop families (at least judging from my initial tests) so repeating it too often may yield rather repetitive results. The lack of stats like growth stage and size may be a little problematic too. Still, like I said, Guinea Pig Farm holds well even despite being 19 years old!
