That's the BULLDOZE COST. Not the PLOP OR MONTHLY COST. That price is the amount you'd have to pay for the destruction of that lot.

Shouldn't it be growable?

Personally it seems way too big to me... 2x2 seems like an ideal gas station size, maybe 2x3 for the fancy ones, but 3x3 is pushing it a little... I guess it'd work for one of those big interstate stations...

This would look way better if it was transit enabled! Can some one make a tranist enabled one? I think this is a very good idea though. Normally you build a city in SC4 and there are no petrol stations at all! How do the sims manage to drive to work with no petrol...? LOL! Anyway this is a 10/10
