Discreet does not offer gmax anymore. If it did, I would be putting up things like Sorrento and Burj Dubai. But right now I am stuck with lot editor.

hey, i d/l it and it is not spam. its just the maxis building w very few props. thats why ithe file is so small.

Wow! I'm impressed. I've never seen that much concensus of people on how much a file sucks. This should win a special prize like the turd of the week or something. To the creator of this file and all other STEX spammers, you should read and reread carefully the comment of noble_scribe. I share the same opinion and that's why I don't understand why these files get put on here. I rated 2/10 becasue the file "serves no purpose" like the stex rating says.
