Modified Public Pool 1.0

My city really needs a pool, this is exactly what I am looking for.

After reading the comments on this lot, I decided to check out what all the fuss was over. Well, I couldn't see for myself because no parking lot texture or building was there. No depends listed. Not sure what's missing and not going to take the time to find out. I can't rate it cause not sure what's the cause, but I'm not liking it so far. Plus there is nothing to click on, no query, just says "SG_PublicPool01". Weird, why SG? I know its old, but I thought there was 'normal' standards back then. Moving on.....
