Every town needs a power source, and this model (a remodelled and reworked version of the power plant from my Slaytfork Mill BAT) serves the purpose adequately. As a wood burner this plant produces just 2,500 MWh, and consequently doesn't pollute as much as a coal burning power plant. When the power plant has reached the end of it's life it won't explode, but it's still best to place it a little way away from your Sims! Power plants of this nature were common towards the end of the 19th century, and continue in use in remote areas to this day. You will find this lot in your power menu.
