I like the Idea But as Glenni says The texures Need a little help. I will not download it right now. But if it get works on and update it I will look forward to this kool addtion to my citys

there is something very wrong with scale in this building... (apart from the texturing issues) It is customary here on STEX pointlessly praise just about anything ... I think it is offensive to the fairness and counterproductive. This building needs a LOT of work before it would be reasonable to release it into the wild...

I will wait for the jobs versionkeep working on it

the textures arent great.... However, considering the major lack of any smallish low rise towers such as this that would fit into a small town skyline, I may actually be using this....
