Straight from the Lazy § Ranch comes this rather nice Ranch House. This model is presented here as a 2x2 Landmark and a 2x2 R$$3 growable. Though intended as a part of the ranch I am currently making all the parts for, this house looks good on it's own and doesn't look out of place amidst the urban sprawl of a more modern city. It is based on plans for a house built in Montana in around 1860. They have been placed in individual .dat files so you can pick and choose which one you want to instal - or both of course! No prop file with this model as the props will come with the release of the ranch.
