Very nice design. However, the scaling is slightly off: where I'd usually count 8 floors with other buildings, there are 9 floors for this one. So, if you could upscale it by approx 10% and do the renderings again, it'd be better. I know it's already rather tall, so maybe you just wanted to limit its size...
