The Planetary Institute is a school devloping highly skilled scientists. It is subsidized by NASA and as such it only costs $100 a month.
This is my first lot, and I hope it is enjoyed by others then myself. The model was not based on any building in real life. It is a compact building using only 3x3 tiles. The function is that of a college with a large city coverage radius, and a high EQ boost of 100.
