In 1997, most functions of the U.S. Federal judiciary in Portland, Oregon have been consolidated into the ultra-modern Mark O. Hatfield Federal Courthouse. A vertical Courthouse for the 21st century, it's high-tech design and lavish interior features would find any sim facing trial at least looking forward to being in the building!
As this building is on the cutting edge of courthouse design, it is no wonder we here in Portland call it the "Schick Razorblade Building"!
Special thanks to Ardecila, Andreas_Roth, Bixel, T_wrecks for helping me try to figure out a bug, commenting on this, and most importantly being so patient with me while I nearly had a nervous breakdown getting this beast here.
Installation instructions:
Unzip and run the enclosed installation program. The default folder is set to C:\my documents\Sim City4\Sparkythepenguin\Hatfield Courthouse. You may change the destination path while installing. After installation you may delete versions you do not desire, each version is in their own folder.
Stats:
- 4 Versions included: CO$$ Grow, CO$$ Plop, Civic Lot (Courthouse), and static landmark
- 1612 CO$$ jobs in both plop and growable versions
- Landmark and CO$$ plops cost $90,000 to place.
- The growable lot is a stage 7 Euro-contemporary tile
- The Courthouse lot functions exactly like the default Maxis-Made lot

Bugs/Issues:
Some minor graphics glitch but it should not be noticible.
