Add some trees within the lawn area to make this one look even more realistic. Eaton Condo's were developed due to a lack of apartment or condo complexes. But don't worry, this lot DOES house sims.

OH! The second photo shows two of them grouped together. For realistic suburban areas, group these suckers together.

Very nice. I downloaded it and placed it on the edge of one of my darming communities to give some housing to some of the upper class people in the city but whoah! The thing houses way too many people. I think you should cut down on the population of this thing quite a bit.

Yes, 4k people in around 5 smnall buildings, dude, those thing should have 100-200 ppl tops

This is SC4- Not Cerritos, California :) The population is the default that came with the blank lots :P CHILL :P

This is more of a general comment - but shouldn't all these 'res', 'com', or 'ind' lots be placed in landmarks? I was assuming most of these would be zoned lots - not plop's.

when i plop it none of the buildings appear. WTF? Can any1 help????
