About This File

Some of you have asked me to upload some of the BATs that I created for my CJ *Nexis of Genesis*. Not being a specialist in tweaking lots, don't expect from me to make detailed files and queries as others offer you. I am a Lotter and BATter and not a tweaker, plus I don't have the time neither the willingness to learn how to tweak lots.

This is my first of a series of several (I haven't counted them yet). It is the LBST (Light-Beam Space Traveler), the one that transported the Urulians to Genesis during the last years, invented by Professor  Daight Nexis (Some of you might remember the story).

It is a 2x2 simple Parklot with a ploppcost of $4500, bulldoze cost of $300 and a monthly Pricetag of $280. It is costly to run.

Only for those who asked for it.....lol
Have Fun with Nexis.
